Our conference facility can seat up to 40 delegates in cinema style, 35 in two rows seating both sides of table, i.e. for dinner or 25 in classroom style or U-shape.
The rate for a full day is R200 per person which includes Tea/Coffee and biscuits on arrival; Tea/Coffee and muffins or scones during morning break; Lunch (Bebotie/Lasagna/Chicken Pie/Macaroni & Cheese/Curry & Rice); Tea/Coffee and biscuits during afternoon break.
Half day rate including lunch will be R170 and without lunch including muffins/scones or sandwiches R120 per person.
Evening rate per person:
- With tea/coffee/biscuits = R50
- Finger platter refreshments with juice = R90 (minimum 6 delegates)
- Two course dinner (main and pudding) with juice = R120 (minimum 4 delegates)
- General use = R30 per person per hour
We have a data projector and a DVD/Surround Sound System installed connected to an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) unit.
